The Causeway Hotel Restaurant

As my husband and I have been touring around Ireland, this afternoon we drove up to Northern Ireland, where we plan on seeing Dunluce Castle and Giant's Causeway, as well as driving down to Belfast via the Causeway Coastal Route. Tonight we're staying at the Causeway Hotel, and had dinner in their restaurant.

appetizer: smoked North Atlantic sea trout with local tomato
and Bloody Mary salad
appetizer: shredded duck spring roll
entree: Northern Irish steak burger (cheddar, onion rings,
smoked bacon, homemade tomato relish)
dessert: Glastry Farms ice cream - strawberry (left) and
chocolate and salted caramel
