Dundee's Restaurant on the Waterfront

We flew to Cairns today in order to swim in the Great Barrier Reef tomorrow. We didn't do much of anything else today aside from having dinner at Dundee's Restaurant on the Waterfront, where we both had the Australian Sampler: chargrilled eye fillet, pan seared wild barramundi, kangaroo striploin satays, crocodile tail satays, emu chipolatas and a tiger prawn satay served with honey roast sweet potato, teriyaki, spicy peanut and plum sauces with lemon buerre blanc.
