Gecko's Café

My husband and I arrived in the Northern Territory early this morning; we're staying for a couple days in order to hang out at Uluru. We're staying at the only place one can stay - Ayers Rock Resort - and once we deposited our bags with the porter, we hopped aboard the resort shuttle to explore the nearby shopping center, where we stopped off to have lunch at Gecko's Café.

appetizer: loaded fried with emu chorizo, native dukkah,
and bush tomato mayonnaise
appetizer: salt and pepper squid
Ed had the alligator ribs.
I had the outback pizza: tomato bas, smoked kangaroo, emu,
mushroom, onion, roasted red capsicum, and mozzarella
