I'm relatively disinterested in shopping, but I wanted to see what the Queen Victoria Building looked like, so we stopped in to look around, and while there, we had the Devonshire tea at the Palace Tea Room. Our scones, one plain and one with raisins, came with clotted cream and jam. My husband had the dragon pearl tea; I had the cinnamon tea.
