I've been hankering for Mexican food for weeks now, so my husband kindly agreed that stopping off at Costa Vida on our way home from Mass tonight would be a good idea.
My husband had a smothered sweet pork burrito that he thought too sweet, but I had an excellent salad comprised of a tortilla with cilantro lime rice, greens, a small scoop of guacamole, pico de gallo, grilled chicken (put at the bottom, which is why it can't be seen), and tomatillo ranch dressing. It was quite tasty and one of my favorite salads.
