Il Nipotino del Solitario

For the sake of convenience we went back to Il Nipotino del Solitario, where we'd eaten on our first night in Rome, for dinner tonight.

We started with bruschetta bianca (toasted bread with garlic
and alive oil).

We also shared some mozzarella.

I had some sliced steak with excellent mushrooms...

...and ended with chocolate mousse.

Our first day in Rome was a bit of a wash, but after a shower and a nap, we wandered out in search of food. Places abounded, and we went to the first good place we found, perhaps a quarter of a mile from our hotel: Il Nipotino del Solitario.

We started off with some prosciutto, 

I had the Spaghetti alla Carbonara.

Ed had pizza, the name of which I don't remember, but which
came with mozzarella and sausage.
