San Sauce

My husband is gone on an overnight business trip at his company's headquarters (fortunately not a long flight; just in the southwestern part of the state), so I was left to my own devices for dinner tonight. Tomorrow is the first day of a new semester for me (although my classes don't start until Thursday, since I teach Tuesday/Thursday classes), and I was gone all day for faculty and department meetings.

This all comes down to an excuse for not cooking myself dinner, so on my way home from my faculty meeting, I stopped off at San Sauce, a Chinese place about five minutes from home.

Keeping in mind that I did not eat everything I ordered, I started with vegetable egg rolls:

I also made short work of the barbecued duck, which was pretty darn good:

The house special flat noodle is one of my favorite dishes (it's going to be lunch tomorrow):

I also ordered the curried vegetables, of which I ate all the onions and the broccoli
(my husband may be getting the rest; I thought this was really good, but I'm picky about veggies):
