Tepanyaki Japanese Steakhouse

Today was my husband's birthday, and every year on his birthday (well, in the three years we've been together), he's wanted to go to the local hibachi joint, Tepanyaki. It's a pretty good place, offering a good selection of sushi in addition to the usual hibachi fare.

My husband went for the shrimp tempura and Samurai special (which came with filet mignon, shrimp, and salmon), but I started with the Yakitori (chicken skewers with teriyaki sauce):


I also got the spicy scallop roll (bottom, which has spicy flavored scallop, cucumber, green onion, tobiko, and sprout) and the TNT roll (I can't remember specifics, but shrimp tempura was involved, and it was definitely spicy):


I also got a side order of fried rice:
