My brother, hearing that my mother and I were coming to Las Vegas, had heard about and recommended
Joe's Seafood, Prime Rib & Stone Crab, a place that although he'd not had a chance to go to yet, had heard wonderful things about. It was a good thing we'd made a reservation - it was packed.

| I started with the stone crab bisque. |

I also had the seafood chopped salad (which came with
shrimp, lobster, and Alaskan king crab). |

| I then moved on to the lobster tempura. |

| My mother had the medium stone crabs. |
 |
| And for dessert: lemon Mascarpone - citrus ice box pie. |
