Dickey's Barbecue Pit

My husband and I celebrate the end of each semester by going out to dinner. We didn't do that at the end of last semester, so we celebrated the end of various overlapping semesters by going to Dickey's Barbecue Pit, which we've passed by many times. Plus, having BBQ seemed fitting, given the Fourth of July holiday.

My husband ordered the rib plate, with sides of potato
salad and cole slaw.

I ordered the three meat plate, with pulled pork, beef brisket,
and Polish sausage, and got sides of Caesar salad and
macaroni and cheese.
