Hoof & Vine

Yesterday I officinally finished my last class needed for my Master's degree. It was a hectic, often stressful ten weeks, especially given that I was also teaching at two different schools. To celebrate, my husband and I went to Hoof & Vine.

appetizer: hamachi sashimi (lemon, soy, minced garlic, herbs,
serrano, pomegranate)
appetizer: mac-n-cheese
(dungeness crab and applewood-smoked bacon)
 
appetizer: sautèed 'shrooms (white wine, garlic, herbs)
house salad
sorbet palate cleanser
entrèe: salmon (pan-seared, mild yellow curry, sesame
edamama) with funeral potatoes, broccoli, and carrot
