We order several rolls, but I'll be honest when I say I can't remember which was which:
- Don Juan roll (spicy tuna, crab, smoked salmon, avocado, cream cheese, and eel sauce);
- Mainelander roll (tempura lobster and scallions topped with U.S. kobe beef, tobikko, and wasabi lemon aioli);
- Tsunami roll (a special house roll that featured soft shell crab);
- B.Q.D. roll (spicy tuna, avocado, scallions, and masago topped with eel sauce and sesame seeds);
- D.T.H. roll (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, spicy-sweet sauce).
