Before heading out for our day of exploring
Bryce Canyon National Park, my husband and I had breakfast at
Galaxy of Hatch Diner. I had the breakfast sandwich with sausage, an egg, and American cheese, and the ubiquitous hash browns that I don't touch if I can help it.
