IHOP

To celebrate some newfound financial independence, my husband and I went wild and crazy and took ourselves out to IHOP tonight. I'm telling you, we let loose out here in Utah when the good times roll.

As usual, I ordered too much dinner. I began with loaded bacon and potato soup. (It was warm, but not hot, and I didn't detect any bacon.)


The pot roast melt was pretty good; the meat was really tender, although the sauce was a little sweet for my taste. Mmm, meaty sammich.
